Lovely modern hotel with friendly staff in great location
Great location with lovely local cafes a stones throw away, 2 underground stations (Bayswater and Queensway) a 5 min walk. Really friendly helpful staff and lovely rooms. the hotel has been newly refurbished and whilst rooms were small they were lovely and clean and modern with everything you needed. loved it

What was the highlight of Princes Square
A great over night stay for a gig at Wembley.
The staff were pleasant and helpful. Even though the Hotel does not provide breakfasts they provide a list of close by establishments which you may like, to be honest there are loads of lovely places to grab a bite to eat very close by. The Bedrooms were small but comfortable and clean as was the bathroom. The location was excellent, we were closest to Bayswater tube station.
There was not much to not like about this hotel. The rooms could do with another bin, there was only a tiny one in the bathroom, which was not substantial enough when making drinks and for general rubbish.

Great value for money and a fantastic location
Good location, great helpful staff and clean rooms.
Beds are too small and narrow if you order a double bed in a room. Pillows are not the most comfortable
